Standard Pricing
1. Small, no larger then 6″ by 6″ = $5/sticker
2. Large, no larger then 12″ by 12″ = $10/sticker
3. Custom Design = $20 one time fee + price of size chosen1
1 = Final design can be used by FCW for standard template. If you do not want to allow design to be used as a template it will be a $75 one time design fee instead of $20.

Please fill out the form below and submit for your order. Once received we will review and send final price invoice that will need to be paid before shipped. If being shipped a flat fee of $5.00 will be added to order. Local pick up is always available also for free. Please add details under additional notes such as Name and Dates.
